There is a plastic ball in the filler neck to prevent syphoning. Some tanks have a rubber hose between the neck and the fill tube that slides into the fuel tank. I have syphoned the fuel out by disconnecting the rubber hose and accessing it there.Apr 13, 2021. #35. Brought the truck to the dealer yesterday for the issue.
